Reel Rewards™ Program Rules

To become a member of Reel Rewards™ you simply sign up online at www.the grandtheatrecom/reelrewards. Once you are registered, your Reel Rewards™ card can be mailed to you or you can pick it up at your home theatre. If you don’t have a computer, please visit Guest Services at the theatre for assistance or you can call 1-877-270-1133 ext 228 to enroll. Reel Rewards™ Cards are valid at all participating Grand Theatres / AmStar Cinemas.
Reel Rewards™ membership is open to all guests 13 years of age and older. However, the following are excluded from Reel Rewards membership: (a) employees of Southern Theatres, LLC; (b) employees of affiliates of Southern Theatres, LLC, specifically including, without limitation, employees of The Grand Theatre Operating Company; (c) employees' family members, including , mother, father, step-parents, in-laws, siblings, children, stepchildren, grandparents, and grandchildren; and (d) any person residing in the same household as an employee, whether or not related. Any other exclusions will be based on the judgment of Southern Theatres LLC.
Reel Rewards™ members will receive 1 point per ticket purchase at the box office, max 2 points per day and 1 point for every $5.00 spent at the concession stand, max 3 points per day. Points are NOT earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes or emergency tickets. Members do NOT earn points when redeeming any free concession item coupons at the concession stand. Members do NOT receive points for Royal Ticket purchases; nor will you receive points when redeeming Royal Tickets at the box office for admissions. Points are NOT earned when purchasing gift cards but you WILL receive credits for gift card redemption toward box office or concession purchases.
To earn points, a Reel Rewards™ card MUST be presented to the cashier when purchasing tickets or concession items. Only 1 card can be presented per transaction. Balances will be updated once a day.
Members receive rewards every time 15 points are earned. See Reward Schedule for details. Reward vouchers only print at a participating theatre´s box office.
"FREE Movie Ticket" reward vouchers are valid for any engagement. Free Movie vouchers are not transferable and are good on the member´s next visit. All reward vouchers are valid until the expiration date indicated. All concession item reward vouchers are small size unless otherwise indicated.
Reward vouchers are void if illegible, altered, torn, or mutilated. Vouchers must remain whole. All rewards are subject to verification by management.
Reel Reward™ Cards are nontransferable.
Southern Theaters LLC reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members.
Once you are a member of the Reel Rewards™ program, you are bound to the Terms and Conditions on The Grand Theatre website.
Reel Reward™ accounts that are dormant for 12 consecutive months will become permanently inactive and all points accumulated will be lost.
Reel Rewards™ Members may choose to delete their information from a list which we share from time to time with our partners. If you would like your name placed on our "do not share" list, please write us.

Valentine´s Day Sweepstakes!

OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE GRAND THEATRES / AM STAR CINEMAS "Valentine´s Day Getaway" Movie Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Grand Theatres/AmStar Cinemas "Valentine´s Day Getaway Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. on January 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on February 10, 2012("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are Central Time.

ELIGIBILTY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the States of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina Kentucky, and Florida who are 13 years of age or older. Corporate entities are not eligible and have no right to claim any prize won by its employees. Employees and family members of such employees (or people living in the same household whether related or not), step-parents, step children of Southern Theaters LLC ("Sponsor"), Sony Pictures or their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") are not eligible. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, family members are defined as mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant´s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter online during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter, submit email to moviegetaway@southerntheatres.com (".com") The Subject line must contain word Entry and body must contain your name, phone number and Reel Rewards card # during the Sweepstakes Period.. One (1) entry per person. Entries submitted or received after the Sweepstakes Period will be void. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Those who do not send in all the required information (Name, phone # and Reel Rewards card number) will be disqualified. Entries that are forged or altered or are generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. To enter by mail, send a 3 x 5 card with your full name, address and daytime phone number to Southern Theatres Marketing Department, Southern Theatres LLC, 305 Baronne Street, Suite 900, New Orleans, LA 70112. Must be received by February 10, 2012 to be eligible for the sweepstakes.

RANDOM DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on February 12, 2011 to be conducted by Sponsor´s designated judges, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail as determined by Sponsor on February 11, 2012 after the random drawing. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: Five (5) Prizes will be awarded: Valid only on February 14, 2012 only- Two (2) tickets to see "The Vow" at any of our Grand Theatre or AmStar locations and a one (1) combo #1 (2 Large Drinks and a Large popcorn (approximate retail value ("ARV") of Prize is up to $40.00. Total ARV is $200.00.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to prizes won, as well as any expenses not specifically mentioned in these official rules. No cash substitutions, transfer or assignment of prize will be allowed, except at Sponsor´s sole discretion. If any prize or portion thereof is unavailable, Sponsor has the right to replace that prize or portion thereof with a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If legitimately claimed, all prizes will be awarded.

GENERAL: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winners list. In addition, except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, picture, image, likeness, voice, biographical data, and any other information contained in his/her entry by Sponsor and the Sponsor Affiliates for any use whatsoever, including, without limitation, in advertising, promotional, and marketing materials in any medium whatsoever (including, without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Entries become Sponsor´s property and will not be returned. For a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Southern Theatres LLC , Marketing Department 305 Baronne Street, Suite 900, New Orleans, LA 70112 prior to close of the Sweepstakes. Please label Valentine´s Day Sweepstakes.

Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within the timeframe specified by Sponsor to receive a prize. If any prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable or if a tentative prize winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time (as determined by Sponsor) from the date of first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified and an alternate entry will be randomly drawn. Return of any prize notification/prize as undeliverable or as rejected may result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and that they will not knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Sweepstakes or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has violated these official rules. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for any such attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior written notice to Sponsor. Reel Rewards FAQ

Q: How do I register and receive a Reel Rewards™ Card?
A: Click Here to complete the Reel Rewards™ Online Registration. Once you create your account, you will have the option to have your card mailed to you or you can pick it up at your home theatre of choice. If you do not have access to a computer, the Guest Service employee at the theatre will assist you with signing up for the Reel Rewards™ program.

Q: How long will it take to receive my Reel Rewards card if I choose the option to have it mailed to me?
A: It may take up to 2 weeks.

Q: If I choose to pick up my Reel Rewards™ card at my home theatre, where do I go to pick up my card?
A: Pick up your Reel Rewards™ card at the theatre’s Guest Services.

Q: Will I ever lose points I have accumulated?
A: Visit a GrandTheatre / AmStar Cinema and present your Reel Rewards™ Card at least once every 12 months to keep your card active. Points will be lost and account will be closed if there is no activity within 12 months.

Q: Can I use my card at different Grand Theatres / AmStar Cinema locations?
A: Yes. Your card is good at any participating location.

Q: How do I earn points?
A: Points are earned at the Box office for ticket purchases and at the concession stand. 1 point per ticket – Max 2 points per day and 1 point for every $5.00 spent at the concession stand – Max 3 points per day – Maximum 5 points per day can be earned.

Q: Do I receive credits for online ticket purchases?
A: Yes, points will be automatically added to your card based on the point system.

Q: I lost my card, how do I get a new card?
A: Visit your nearest participating location with either name information or your old card number and a member of management will transfer your old card information to your new card.

Q: What do I do if I notice a discrepancy with point totals?
A: Keep movie ticket stubs and mail along with your name and Reel Rewards member account number to: Reel Rewards 305 Baronne Street Suite 900, New Orleans, LA 70112 or Call 1-877-270-1133 ext 228 and speak to a Reel Rewards™ customer representative.

Q: Do reward vouchers print at the concession stand?
A: No. Concession credits are awarded to your account by the next business day, and all reward coupons print after a box office transaction.

Q: My credits are not totaling properly.
A: Visit your local theatre and a Guest services person can assist you or call 1-877-270-1133 ext 228 (9am-5pm Central Time)

Q: Why does my online account show the incorrect number of credits I’ve earned?
A: Your account gets updated once a day overnight. Check back after the update. Your points will be available.

IN THE EVENT SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOUTHERN THEATRES’ LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

INDEMNITY
You release, and will defend and indemnify Southern Theatres and our officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from and against all claims or causes of actions, and any liabilities, obligations, judgments, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and expert witnesses’ fees and costs) incurred by an indemnified party due to such claim or cause of action arising out of (1) any breach of these Terms by you, (2) your use of, and conduct on, this Site, (3) the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your account, or (4) the User Content you post or otherwise make available on the Site. You further agree to pay our reasonable attorneys’ and expert witnesses’ fees and costs arising from any actions or claims by third parties and those incurred in establishing whether this section applies.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of any jurisdiction. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site must be resolved in the state or federal courts situated in the State of Louisiana. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.

EQUITABLE RELIEF
You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement will result in irreparable harm for which damages would not be an adequate remedy, and, therefore, in addition to its rights and remedies otherwise available at law, Southern Theatres shall be entitled to seek immediate equitable relief, including injunctive relief, as appropriate. If Southern Theatres seeks any equitable remedies, it shall not be precluded or prevented from seeking remedies at law, nor shall it be deemed to have made an election of remedies.

ATTORNEYS' FEES
In addition to any other relief, the prevailing party in any action arising out of this Agreement shall be entitled to attorneys' fees and costs.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or is so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render this Agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or the applicable court decisions.

WAIVER
Any waiver by Southern Theatres of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as or be construed to be a waiver of any other breach of such provision or of any breach of any other provision of this Agreement. Any waiver must be in writing. Failure by Southern Theatres to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on one or more occasions shall not be considered a waiver or deprive Southern Theatres of the right to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement.
